Step onto the hidden rooftop at Ham Yard Hotel for our annual winter pop-up. This year we’ve teamed up with Sapling Spirits to create The Fire Garden, a festive celebration of warmth and light with an exciting new menu inspired by the joy of an open fire.

All tickets (from £24) include a welcome drink - our hot G&T, made with Sapling gin and homemade Ham Yard Tonic -  as well as an additional drink of your choice, and DIY s’mores. Sip and savour a selection of inventive cocktails and fire cooked dishes on the terrace.

• Spirited Mocha - A rich Irish coffee inspired cocktail celebrating the diversity of ingredients, blending brownie off-cut infused Sapling vodka, cold brew, topped with a whipped cream using our rooftop honey - served steaming for ultimate indulgence (£16)
• Marshmallow Blazer – A flaming fusion of toasted marshmallow Sapling gin, pistachio syrup, and walnut liqueur, served warm, melting nostalgia into every sip (£16)
• BBQ Vesper Martini – Smoke, spice and sustainability collide in this bold and savoury twist on the classic Vesper, marrying gin, chimichurri vodka, and vermouth (£16)
