Featuring uninterrupted views over the Caribbean, the entrance hall blends sunshine yellows and invigorating colour pops with timber floors, wood furniture and natural materials for a relaxed modern-coastal feel.

Characterised by its hot pink panelled ceiling and colourful fabrics, this space is perfect for entertaining, dining, or escaping the heat of the day with a book while looking out over tropical garden views.

A comfortable and well-equipped outdoor sitting room, the terrace is an ideal spot for pre-and post-dinner drinks with friends. Its veranda design provides overhead shelter, while open sides maintains a connection to the surrounding garden.

Four individually designed bedrooms each have their own marble and stone bathroom, plus private terrace access to the garden or to the pool. All are air-conditioned.

Flexible dining spaces allow for both informal and relaxed dining, whether al fresco lunches at the poolside gazebo, dinner in the drawing room, or sharing plates and aperitifs on the terrace.

Surrounded by lush gardens, a 25-metre swimming pool – one of the longest on the Sandy Lane Estate - has ocean views and a gazebo at one end, perfect for relaxed al fresco dining.

A brief ten-minute walk away, the Sandy Lane Property Owners’ Beach has its own Rossferry Cabana. Fully staffed with beach attendants plus deckchairs and parasols, it’s the perfect setting to unwind by the ocean.

Six welcoming staff - including a housekeeper, cook, handyperson, laundry person, gardener and night security guard - are on hand to ensure that every stay is seamless.
