Firmdale Village at Ryan Drive, Brentford
Located just off the Great West Road (A40) in Brentford, London and minutes from the M4, Ryan Drive consists of nine commercial units owned and managed by The Firmdale Group.
Serving hot and cold drinks, freshly made pastries and paninis as well as a selection of snacks, the Firmdale Village Coffee Shop is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 3pm.
Comprising a mixture of office, storage and production space on the ground floor with offices on the first floor, each unit includes on-site parking and access to the Firmdale Village Coffee Shop.
Within Unit 5 we have a large commercial bakery space (165 SQ M/1795 SQ FT), which is currently leased and a training kitchen, which is currently available to rent. Both are fitted to a high specification and include generous storage and parking facilities.

The Kit Kemp Design Studio, led by Kit Kemp MBE, is celebrated for its individual and highly original approach to design. The Studio’s characteristic style fuses a fearless and instinctive approach to colour and pattern to create welcoming, immersive, soulful spaces that merge the magic of the unexpected with comfort, curation and refinement.
Working alongside her two daughters, Willow and Minnie, Kit has collaborated with leading global design brands, such as Wedgwood, Porta Romana and GP & J Baker, written five books and completed a diverse range of international projects, both private and commercial, including interiors at the Haymarket Theatre London and Kips Bay Showhouse in New York.
