Property Development & Construction
Firmdale oversees its property developments from start to finish, with a skilled in-house team co-ordinating all aspects of the building lifecycle—from site acquisition and design through construction, procurement, and fit-out and finishing, to refurbishments and ongoing maintenance. This integrated approach ensures properties are delivered and maintained to the highest standard throughout their operational life.
Working alongside specialist contractors and consultants, Firmdale draws on the expertise of its in-house Development Director, Architect, and design practice, Kit Kemp Design Studio. This collaborative process ensures continuity from vision to completion, delivering properties of enduring quality.
Grade A Office Buildings, Central London
The Firmdale Group also own Grade A Office Buildings in Central London.
Eleven Richmond Buildings is an impressive serviced workspace on a quiet street off Dean Street, Soho. Built by the Firmdale Group, with interiors by Kit Kemp Design Studio, it also features apartments, a colourful lobby, café and roof terrace, plus ergonomically designed office space over seven storeys.
21 Golden Square, Soho is situated on the southwest corner of Golden Square, at its junction with Lower John Street. The property comprises a Grade II listed terraced building of brick construction originating from the late 17th Century. The building, which has a net internal area of 6,000 sq ft has been remodelled by Firmdale in the past 10 years and now provides office accommodation arranged over basement, ground and four upper floors with a residential apartment at the top floor level, which is of mansard construction and a roof terrace set back behind a parapet wall.

Kit Kemp Design Studio
The Kit Kemp Design Studio, led by Kit Kemp MBE, is celebrated for its individual and highly original approach to design. The Studio’s characteristic style fuses a fearless and instinctive approach to colour and pattern to create welcoming, immersive, soulful spaces that merge the magic of the unexpected with comfort, curation and refinement.
Working alongside her two daughters, Willow and Minnie, Kit has collaborated with leading global design brands, such as Wedgwood, Christopher Farr, Chelsea Textiles and GP & J Baker, written five books and completed a diverse range of international projects, both private and commercial, including interiors at the Haymarket Theatre London and Kips Bay Showhouse in New York.
Firmdale Village at Ryan Drive, Brentford
Located just off the Great West Road (A4) in Brentford, West London and minutes from the M4, Ryan Drive consists of a commercial bakery, nine commercial warehouse and business units and a village coffee shop owned and managed by the Firmdale Group.
Serving hot and cold drinks, freshly made pastries and paninis as well as a selection of snacks, the Firmdale Village Coffee Shop is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 3pm.
Comprising a mixture of office, storage and production space on the ground floor with offices on the first floor, each unit includes on-site parking and access to the Firmdale Village Coffee Shop.
Within Unit 5 we have a large commercial bakery space (165 SQ M/1795 SQ FT), which is currently leased and a training kitchen, which is currently available to rent. Both are fitted to a high specification and include generous storage and parking facilities.
