BEST OF BRITISH Afternoon Tea At The Soho Hotel

*Please note that The Soho Hotel is not currently serving Afternoon Tea. As soon as we know when we will resume service, we will share details via our newsletter. Please click here to subscribe. In the meantime, you can book our sister property, Ham Yard Hotel.*

Discover The Soho Hotel's new Afternoon Tea which celebrates the best seasonal produce from the British Isles. Indulge in a selection of sweet treats highlighting the finest local ingredients, including heritage carrot and walnut cake and Yorkshire rhubarb and lemon meringue pie, as well as a twist on the classic after dinner mint, an ‘After 8’ lollipop. The menu includes a delicious selection of savoury dishes and sandwiches, such as West Country aged cheddar with beetroot and horseradish relish on a tomato bloomer or Loch Fyne smoked salmon with cucumber and chive cream cheese. No tea would be complete without traditional homemade scones, served with clotted cream, plum and port, raspberry and gin preserves.

The Best of British Afternoon Tea will be served with a glass of Chapel Down's Three Graces Brut 2015. Based in the picturesque market town of Tenterden in Kent, Chapel Down sources fruit across the South East of England and produces traditional method sparkling wines. Three Graces is a blend of the three great sparkling wine grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the 2015 vintage, which creates complex aromas of baked apple, fresh strawberry and shortcrust pastry.
