BAR & COCKTAIL MENU
The food at Ham Yard Bar is all about mixing, matching and sharing. Made up of small plates, melts and sliders, guests can choose from a selection of dishes including spiced glazed pork ribs and beer battered oysters with tartare sauce. Melts are all served on Ham Yard’s house-made rosemary focaccia with fillings such as hot salt beef or kale pesto and butternut squash. Sliders, served in brioche buns, include Portobello mushroom with pickled red cabbage and slow roasted pork shoulder with chipotle mayonnaise.
The cocktail menu is broken down into signature and sparkling cocktails, and tailor-made martinis using gin or vodka. Many of the ingredients are homemade including syrups, bitters and tonic. Expect to find thyme fatwashed tequila in the Black Margarita and homemade tonic in the Ham Yard Gin and Tonic concocted with Portobello Road gin, Campari, St Germain and grapefruit bitters.
