Treasure House Fair, Royal Hospital Chelsea
Wednesday 24th - Tuesday 30th June 2026
We are delighted to be the official restaurant partner of Treasure House Fair 2026. In June, we'll be bringing our signature hospitality and design-led dining to Royal Hospital Chelsea, with three restaurants popping up at the renowned art and antiques show. From seasonal menus that celebrate summer flavours to characterful interiors by Kit Kemp Design Studio, our restaurants embody a creative spirit that resonates with the Fair’s world of craftsmanship.
With three distinct restaurants to choose from - Brumus Brasserie, Oscar Champagne & Oyster Bar and Refuel Café – join us for an experience that goes beyond dining: a moment of pause within the Fair. Whether savouring a leisurely lunch or making a quick stop for Champagne and oysters, visitors to the fair can expect a unique blend of elegance and creativity. Explore our restaurants below.
Please note our restaurants cannot be accessed without a ticket to Treasure House Fair. Tickets can be purchased via the Fair's website here, or with a reservation at Brumus Brasserie here.
Brumus Brasserie
Our celebrated restaurant from Haymarket Hotel takes centre stage at Treasure House Fair, with a refined dining experience led by Head Chef Richard Wilkins.
With floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace seating, enjoy views over the Royal Hospital Chelsea while you dine. The all-day menu reflects Brumus’ elegant, British-led cooking, from Roast Devon White chicken with girolles to Poached ChalkStream trout with shaved fennel, pickled cucumber salad and tartare. An afternoon tea, complete with finger sandwiches, pastries and scones, offers a leisurely interlude from browsing the fair.

Beyond the Table...
Exclusive experiences that bring culture and dining together.
Midsummer Art Walk with Willow Kemp
Thursday 25th June, 4pm
We are delighted to be hosting a very special Art Walk with Firmdale Hotels’ Art Ambassador and Design Director, Willow Kemp. Begin with an exclusive tour of our contemporary art collection at Haymarket Hotel, before heading to Treasure House Fair for an evening view of the show, followed by a three-course dinner at Brumus Brasserie.
An Evening of Art, Jazz & Dining
Saturday 27th June, from 5PM
Join us for an evening of fine art, live jazz and seasonal dining. Begin with a glass of Champagne at Oscar Champagne & Oyster Bar, before exploring the diverse works on display at the fair. Settle in for dinner at Brumus Brasserie, accompanied by an intimate performance from one of London's most sought-after jazz acts, The Leon Garner Jazz Trio.
Oscar Champagne
& Oyster Bar
Oscar will be bringing the buzz of Charlotte Street Hotel to the fair with a stylish seafood bar serving playful cocktails and Champagne. Platters of oysters, crevettes, dressed crab and shellfish sit alongside seasonal snacks like Melon with prosciutto di San Daniele and Bruschetta with ricotta and marinated peppers. Our team are serving a special cocktail menu for the occasion, featuring creative art-inspired drinks, such as Cherries (Hayman’s London dry gin, Plymouth Sloe gin, Cherry Heering, olive brine).
Refuel Café
From our vibrant restaurant and bar at The Soho Hotel, an informal, all-day menu is designed for relaxed dining and takeaway. Mornings begin with pastries, granola and breakfast pots, followed by a selection of hand-crafted sandwiches and colourful seasonal salads. At the bar, a cocktail menu inspired by the dreamlike works of Salvador Dalà reflects the surrealist theme of the Southampton City Gallery exhibition at the Fair.
Interiors by Kit Kemp Design Studio...
'Our interiors tell stories with a sprinkle of magic, embracing elements of surrealism and escapism' - Kit Kemp
Brought to life in the signature style of Kit Kemp Design Studio, our restaurants celebrate the handmade, from intricate one-of-a-kind details to the vast scale of newly commissioned installations; they capture the spirit of their surroundings while feeling welcoming, surprising and alive with character. From an enchanting folkloric wallcovering by Kit Kemp for Andrew Martin at Brumus Brasserie to a hand-crafted sculpture by Angela Fung suspended above Oscar Champagne & Oyster Bar, each space showcases characterful and unexpected features that celebrate craft and creativity.
