We are thrilled to welcome industry experts, Liz Earle and Dr Louise Newson, for an insightful and inspiring evening at Ham Yard Hotel.

Liz Earle is one of the most trusted voices in wellbeing today and will be sharing her hard-won wisdom, practical advice and know-how that can be found in her new book, A Better Second Half. Part a retrospective of her life and part a brilliant distillation of self-help, Liz puts forward what women need to do to live well and age well through midlife and beyond

Dr Louise Newson is one of the UK's leading medical experts on menopause and has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of women and their families through her work. Louise's most recent book The Definitive Guide to the Perimenopause and Menopause is published in paperback in April. It is the result of years of work in this field - combining her expert medical knowledge with the understanding and wisdom she has gained along the way.

During this special event, Liz and Louise will be dissecting the multifaceted topic that is women's health and wellbeing during midlife, in conversation with author and journalist Kate Maxwell. They will be sorting the fads from the fiction and sharing evidence-based techniques, research and expertise accumulated over years of experience in their dedicated fields.

Join us for what promises to be an enlightening and empowering conversation about the trials and triumphs of midlife, followed by an audience Q&A and book signing.

Guests that wish to have dinner can book a table at Ham Yard Restaurant for before or after the talk.
