Burns Night Dinner
with Bruichladdich
Private Dining Room at Covent Garden Hotel
Friday 23rd January, 6:30pm - 10pm
£100 per person
Join us in Brasserie Max’s private dining room at Covent Garden Hotel for a Burns Night celebration in partnership with Islay’s Bruichladdich Distillery. This spirited evening pays tribute to Scotland’s national bard with exceptional food, rare whisky pairings, and evocative live spoken word from award-winning Scottish poet Kevin McLean.
Your night will begin with a Penicillin cocktail, crafted with The Classic Laddie, a warming welcome to set the tone for the feast ahead. Expect a deep dive into Bruichladdich’s expressions, both peated and unpeated, expertly matched to the richness and warmth of the menu. Paired with stirring Scottish spoken word, this will be a night of flavour, tradition and atmosphere - a contemporary toast to Robert Burns.
Tickets are £100 per person including a four course menu with whisky pairings.
