Explore the bounty of the British Isles with our new ‘Taste of Britain’ experience at Refuel. Available on the third Wednesday of every month, Executive Chef Joe Fox's four course menu champions seasonal native ingredients.
From Portland crab and Nutbourne summer tomatoes to Poole Bay cockles and Beal’s Farm dried ham, discover the diversity of British produce. The menu will also highlight wild ingredients including girolle mushrooms and Cornish seaweed, as well as high-welfare local meat and fish dishes dressed tableside.
An optional drinks pairing, priced at £35 per person, will showcase local spirits and wines such as Aker Rose Vermouth, Chardonnay from Wales and English sparkling wine.
