An extension of Oscar Bar & Restaurant, our Dora Carrington private dining room is the perfect for place to gather and celebrate over food and wine. From brunch with build-your-own cocktail stations to an artistic afternoon tea with Champagne, our bespoke weekend menus are best enjoyed together. Whether you are marking a milestone birthday, hosting an elegant bridal shower or simply looking to bring friends together in London, we have created experiences for every occasion.
Located on the ground floor of Charlotte Street Hotel, the Dora Carrington Room is brought to life by natural light flooding through terrace doors that open on to buzzy Charlotte Street. With its playful design, featuring vibrant fabric walls and a hand-painted mural by artist Eliza Downes, the space offers an elegant and joyful backdrop for intimate special occasions, for up to ten people.
Please note our brunch and afternoon tea menus are available in the Dora Carrington Room on weekends only. However, this beautiful room can be hired for a variety of events from Monday - Sunday, for more information please click here.

Putting a playful spin on brunch favourites, Oscar's Weekend Brunch menu champions the best of homegrown produce. Explore our selection of Wildfarmed crumpets including native lobster, poached hen’s egg, spinach and potted hollandaise sauce, or opt for something sweeter like Oscar’s buttermilk pancakes with blueberry compote and Chantilly cream.
Available exclusively for private bookings, our build-your-own cocktail bars allow you to create the perfect serve, using a selection of premium garnishes and ingredients. Discover more below:

Enjoy our new Bloomsbury Group Afternoon Tea surrounded by the beautiful interiors of the Dora Carrington Room. With exclusive hire for three hours on weekends, our afternoon tea is perfect for group celebrations from birthdays to bridal and baby showers, starting at £68 per person.
Just moments from where the Bloomsbury Group once gathered, Charlotte Street Hotel celebrates the legacy of the influential artistic circle. Drawing on the group’s cultural and culinary history, the menu reimagines teatime classics once enjoyed by the artists, as captured in sketches, letters and journals.
From Charleston House favourites including the Tipsy Chicken Slider, as found in Frances Partridge’s scrapbook, to the Trinity Cream Tart, a crème brûlée-style pudding remembered by Lytton Strachey, this selection of savouries and sweets captures the spirit of the group.
