Embark on a spirited journey through England with our new Nine Regions cocktails at Refuel. From our seasonal à la carte dishes to our 'Grape Britannia' wine list, we believe in championing the best of English produce and this new menu has been created with the same ethos in mind. Crafted exclusively with ingredients from the nine distinct counties, each cocktail tells a story of its region, blending local inspiration with creative mixology. Signatures include:
North East
A long drink that is a true celebration of honey, using two unique mead products from Northumberland Honey Co.
East Midlands
A nod to the famous Bakewell tart, combining Derbyshire Shining Cliff gin with cherry liqueur and apple.
London
A refreshing serve that reflects the city's diversity, featuring Sapling vodka, London Essence soda and a cordial made with Firmdale’s own Ice-Cold Bear lager.
South West
A warming blend of Cornish Twin Fin pineapple and pink grapefruit rum and spiced mulled Cornish apples, that captures the flavours of a coastal summer.
