Nine Regions:
Behind the Drinks

Our new Refuel cocktail menu takes you on a journey through England with nine cocktails made exclusively from regional ingredients.

Handpicked from local artisans, each drink celebrates English flavour, one region, one glass at a time, and we've highlighted some of our favourites below.

North East

Wildflower Sparkling Mead:

Often called the bee equivalent of Champagne, this dry, sparkling mead is made from fermented honey, spring water, and yeast, with lively bubbles and a smooth honey finish. Northumberland Honey Co pioneered traditional-method sparkling mead in the UK, making it ideal for this honey-led cocktail. Founded in 2015 by husband and wife Luke and Suzie, the company is committed to sustainable beekeeping and exceptional quality.
