Haymarket Hotel's Georgian architecture presents the perfect Christmas canvas and we love nothing more than to install soaring trees festooned with twinkling lights and evergreen garlands strung across our fireplaces. In the lobby, you'll find our magical Gingerbread Village created by our wonderful pastry chefs - a joyful addition which never fails to delight those young and old.

We believe in celebrating the very best of ingredients from the UK, and Christmas Day is no exception. We're showcasing local produce in diverse dishes such as Gressingham duck parfait with spiced apple chutney, pistachio and toasted brioche as well as the classic roast bronze turkey with all the trimmings and Traditional Christmas pudding.
