Brumus is our elegant modern British restaurant at Haymarket Hotel, in the heart of London’s theatre district. Our menus are centred around modern British cuisine, featuring elevated classics and seasonal specials. From business lunches and luxury pre-theatre dining, to a London landmarks-inspired Afternoon Tea, we have designed menus for all-day dining near Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly.

Located in the heart of the West End, our luxury hotel bar is the perfect spot for pre or post-show drinks. Our signature cocktail menu is a celebration of London’s vibrant theatre scene, drawing inspiration from productions including The Phantom of the Opera, playing across the road at His Majesty’s Theatre. We also serve an extensive wine list. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, enjoy live jazz performances from 5:45pm - 7:30pm.
