The National Theatre's sold-out production of The Importance of Being Earnest makes its hotly anticipated transfer to the Noël Coward Theatre this Autumn, and we've teamed up to create the perfect West End night out with an exclusive post-show experience at Haymarket Hotel's Brumus Bar.

For a limited season, book our post-theatre offer, starting from just £85 per person, and get your hands on tickets to see this 'glittering masterpiece', plus a special cocktail and handcrafted bar snacks at Brumus Bar after the show, located just an 8 minute walk from the theatre.

Brimming with bold colours, patterned fabrics and eclectic artwork, Brumus invites you to continue the fun long after curtain call. Choose one of our classic cocktails or try The Wilde Affair, crafted by our talented bar team in celebration of this 'sparkling new production'. A twist on a Gimlet, The Wilde Affair is a pink, fragrant blend of gin, vermouth, rose and bitters that pays homage to Oscar Wilde's classic tale.

Pair your drink of choice with British bar snacks including, Wild boar sausage rolls with spiced apple ketchup and Woodland mushroom and tarragon croquettes, and while away the rest of the night in our vibrant bar.

ABOUT THE PLAY

Being sensible can be excessively boring. At least Jack thinks so. While assuming the role of dutiful guardian in the country, he lets loose in town under a false identity.

Meanwhile, his friend Algy takes on a similar facade. Unfortunately, living a double life has its drawbacks, especially when it comes to love. Hoping to impress two eligible ladies, the gentlemen find themselves caught in a web of lies they must carefully navigate.

Directed by Max Webster, this joyful and flamboyant reimagining of 'Oscar Wilde's glittering masterpiece' (The Telegraph), is a hilarious story of identity, impersonation and romance, starring Olly Alexander as Algernon Moncrief alongside a stellar cast including Stephen Fry.
