As Time Goes By

Sir Howard Hodgkin’s vast and painterly prints take pride of place in The Croc bowling alley.  Just like the artworks, one version of this cocktail is predominantly blue and the other red, depicting the change of seasons and passing of time.

Ham Yard Leaves & Light

 An entire wall of the restaurant is adorned with porcelain pots by the ceramic artist, Martha Freud, each glowing with the outline of a pinpricked leaf.  This cocktail is an homage to nature. Rooibos and honey are balanced by green citrusy notes in this milk clarified drink.

A Million Times

When you drink this cocktail, our version of a Swedish ‘punsch’, perhaps think of what it means to be in the moment, the passage of time, the interdependency of order and chaos…all ideas explored by the Sweden-based design studio, Humans Since 1982, in their kinetic sculpture in the hotel lobby.
