Donna’s most beautiful book yet captures fresh, sun-drenched summer dishes designed for sharing, while showcasing seasonal produce, bright flavours, and effortlessly simple cooking. During the talk with food writer, journalist and broadcaster Alexandra Dudley, Donna will share the inspiration behind the book in an engaging conversation held in our private screening room. The talk will be followed by an audience Q&A, book signing and dinner in Refuel Restaurant.
After the talk, we'll be serving a special menu of delicious sharing dishes in Refuel, inspired by Donna's recipes from the book.
