Join Australia’s leading food creative and international best-selling cookbook author, Donna Hay, for a very special evening of conversation and food at The Soho Hotel as she discusses her new cookbook, Sunshine, Lemons and Sea Salt. A celebration of modern coastal Australian home cooking, the book features vibrant recipes that toast to the joy of gathering around the table with family and friends. 

Donna’s most beautiful book yet captures fresh, sun-drenched summer dishes designed for sharing, while showcasing seasonal produce, bright flavours, and effortlessly simple cooking. During the talk with food writer, journalist and broadcaster Alexandra Dudley, Donna will share the inspiration behind the book in an engaging conversation held in our private screening room. The talk will be followed by an audience Q&A, book signing and dinner in Refuel Restaurant.

After the talk, we'll be serving a special menu of delicious sharing dishes in Refuel, inspired by Donna's recipes from the book.

Tickets are £60 per person including a welcome drink and dinner in Refuel Restaurant / £75 per person including a welcome drink, dinner and a copy of the book (RRP: £28)
