The design has breathed new life into a once tired and underused building, with a vibrant new structure creating functional, flexible and accessible workspaces across all seven storeys. This sensitive enhancement of the interior plan has resulted in exemplary green credentials, with a number of considerations incorporated into the design for optimal energy efficiency and sustainability.
