Hosted in The Whitby Bar & Restaurant, this dining experience is an immersive introduction into the world of fine food and drink, featuring a different beverage each month that’s been carefully selected for its distinctive profile and compelling backstory. From rare vintages to innovative distillations, World Class Pairings at The Whitby celebrates producers with a profound foundation in their craft.
In May, sample a menu centered around Casa Dragones Tequila. Our expert team will be on hand to provide insight into each thoughtfully paired course.
May's Casa Dragones menu includes:
- Kampachi aguachile negro, avocado, cucumber and tamarind with heirloom corn tostadas
- Short rib mole rojo with fresh cilantro and queso fresco
- Churros with tequila and spiced chocolate sauce
