Refuel
Quietly tucked between Dean Street and Wardour Street, Refuel occupies a spacious slice of the glamorous Soho Hotel. The British/European restaurant serves brasserie classics such as Côte de boeuf to share, alongside more modern dishes of Roast scallops with cauliflower, golden raisin and caper dressing. A dedicated ‘Grape Britannia’ English wine list is served.

The long pewter bar, exhibiting a lively mural, serves up contemporary drinks. The ‘Soho Original’ cocktails are inspired by classic cars, as the hotel was in fact built on a former car park.
