Swimming Pool & Bar
At Haymarket Hotel, the pool area is more bar than spa. This enormous space is all about the sleek 55 foot (18m) swimming pool which is edged in stone, surrounded by acres of grey oak and has a ceiling covered in hundreds of fibre-optic lights. There is a pewter bar and a spectacular lighting scheme that uses strong contrasts of light and shadow and an ever-changing colourful light installation by Martin Richman.
As well as being used by our guests, this is a grand and modern space for a variety of events. It can be customised with beautiful floating candles or completely covered to create a fabulous dance floor or a large networking space accommodating between 100 – 220 guests for drinks receptions and 70 – 160 for private dining.
The hotel will always let guests know in advance if a private event is taking place during their stay.
