    followed by brunch at Haymarket Hotel 

    Haymarket Hotel has teamed up with water based fitness experts, aquaphysical for FloatFit HIIT Saturday sessions in the subterranean pool.

    To complete the session, afterwards guests will be treated to a Recovery Brunch at Brumus Restaurant which includes dishes such as crushed avocado on rye with grilled chorizo; freshly baked waffles, banana, strawberries; and sweetcorn chilli fritters with avocado, tomato, lime salsa and poached eggs.

    FloatFit HIIT:
    The revolutionary FloatFit HIIT workout includes burpees, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, the plank, stretching... all on water. This low impact, cross training class gives a full body workout. 

    FloatFit HIIT instructor, Chris Unwin originally trained as a professional dancer and toured internationally for 10 years. He now teaches all different types of fitness and abilities and likes to see people challenging themselves in class. Chris’s energy levels reach up to 100% in class and has a fun approach to the sessions.

    Session one: 8.45am for a 9.00am start. 30 minutes
    Session two: 9.45am for a 10.00am start. 30 minutes

    £35 (plus £2.75 booking fee) including training session, mineral water and brunch. Floats and towel will be provided.

    If you are unable to make the class, please email or call the hotel at least 48 hours prior to the class. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount.

    * Please note that there are no showering facilities available.
    ** Please dress water ready (GYM LEGGINGS / SHORTS / SPORTS BRA / SPORTS TOP / SWIMWEAR) and bring a change of dry clothes for after the class.
