Martini Hour at Brasserie Max

Pull up a seat at our long pewter bar and watch the team shake, stir and throw your perfect martini during our new Martini Hour. From 5pm to 6pm Monday to Friday, enjoy £14 martinis with complimentary seasonal fries.

The menu features all of the classics, to your liking, along with our own creations such as:

  • Saketini - Hayman’s Old Tom gin, Heavensake Junmai Sake, Lillet blanc
  • Mr Martin - Seatrus Acqua di Mare gin, black olive brine 
  • Down Under - Papa Salt gin, olive brine, saline solution 
  • Rose Martini - Salcombe Rosé Dry gin, Asterley Bros.  Schofield’s Dry Vermouth
