Midsummer Night

Inspired by Eileen Cooper’s painting in the Drawing Room and the dreamlike world of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, this floral cocktail combines ingredients such as viola syrup and rose petals to capture the romance and mystery of an enchanted summer night. 

Ham Yard Leaves & Light

 An entire wall of the restaurant is adorned with porcelain pots by the ceramic artist, Martha Freud, each glowing with the outline of a leaf.  This cocktail is an homage to nature. Fresh nasturtium meets citrusy verbena and gently tart apricot.

Halzephron

Sir Terry Frost’s abstract prints in the lobby provide the inspiration for this clarified cocktail. Its crystal-clear appearance evokes a blank canvas, while vibrant fruit notes reflect his playful use of colour, light and movement.
