Celebrate Thanksgiving at a special Chef's Table in The Potting Shed on Thursday 28th November.
The evening will begin with a glass of Chapel Down's Bacchus sparkling wine, alongside a selection of canapés in the charming surroundings of The Potting Shed at Marylebone's Dorset Square Hotel. After a welcome drink, settle in for a delicious three-course menu created by Firmdale Hotels' Executive Head Chef, Robin Read and The Potting Shed's Head Chef, Donatas Drukteinis. Enjoy seasonal dishes including glazed ham, roast pumpkin, pickled red cabbage and candied pecan salad to start, followed by roast turkey, sweet potato gratin, greens, cornbread and gravy paired with Bourgogne Rouge. For dessert, indulge in a traditional apple pie with Chantilly and custard.
£50 per person to include a glass of Chapel Down and canapés reception in the bar and a three-course dinner with expert wine pairings.
