The Whitby Hotel - New Year's Eve

Celebrate New Year's Eve
At The Whitby Bar & Restaurant

Ring in the New Year with Champagne and a delicious three-course dinner at The Whitby Bar & Restaurant, as you listen to live jazz music from Sam Taylor.

Start the evening with a glass of Champagne and a choice of Petrossian caviar or vegetable caviar amuse-bouche, before indulging in our special celebratory menu.

Choose an indulgent starter including freshly shucked oysters with mignonette and cocktail sauce or our classic beef tartare with grilled sourdough, followed by seasonal specials including butter poached whole lobster with pappardelle or rack of Colorado lamb with Noilly Prat braised shoulder and Yorkshire pudding.

Enjoy a delicious dessert and wind down the dinner with coffee, tea and petit fours.

As midnight comes around, watch the ball drop in Times Square on our screen in The Whitby Bar and raise a toast to welcome 2022.
