Now, as Group Head Chef, I'm continually supported and trained to grow in this new role.

“I started my hospitality journey in high school, studied in Switzerland, and gained experience across Europe. I joined Firmdale in 2018, worked at Ham Yard and The Soho Hotel, and after a few years away, I was thrilled to return in 2025 as Deputy General Manager. It truly feels like coming home.

Every day brings something new. I support daily operations, solve problems, maintain standards, and focus on both our guests and team’s wellbeing. It’s challenging, but so rewarding.

"I have been part of Firmdale for 3 years. I discovered hospitality by chance, and never looked back. With nearly 8 years of experience across different departments, I joined Firmdale drawn by its reputation for employee development and it delivered from day one. I started as a Receptionist at The Soho Hotel and within six months, was supported and encouraged to become a Reception Supervisor. Passion and enthusiasm are core Firmdale values that drove me forward. Later, I joined the Graduate Management Programme, giving me the chance to explore hospitality in depth and be part of exciting, company-wide initiatives. Nearing the end of the programme, I feel empowered and ready for the next challenge.
