    Join us at Covent Garden Hotel for a Winemaker Dinner with the award-winning Herbert Hall, producers of single-estate traditional method English sparkling wines. Hosted by Herbert Hall Winemakers Nick Hall and Kirsty Smith, learn more about this small estate, which wine critics have identified as a producer of some of the UK's finest sparkling wines. The Sunday Times recently highlighted Herbert Hall as one of the top five wineries leading the English Sparkling Wine revolution.

    Enjoy a welcome glass of sparkling wine with canapés before a three-course dinner in the stunning surroundings of the hotel's Fortune and Lyric Rooms with a selection of Herbert Hall wines, including Herbert Hall Brut and Brut Rosé which have a balanced and elegant house-style with an emphasis on giving a pure expression of fruit, vintage by vintage.

    Herbert Hall’s philosophy is based on minimum intervention both in the vineyard and the winery. Their low-yield 4-hectare organic vineyard in Kent produces intensely flavoured fruit which is pressed and processed within hours of picking.

    The Winemaker Dinner is £60 per person including canapés and three-course dinner with wine pairings.
    Guests are invited to arrive for drinks and canapes at 7pm before dinner at 7.30pm.
