To celebrate The Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on 19 May, Firmdale Hotels will be putting on a range of festivities across the group.
HAM YARD HOTEL:
Join us for a very special Royal Wedding Garden Party on the Ham Yard Roof Terrace from 14-27 May 2018. Guests will be served a specially created Afternoon Tea which will be a marriage of British and American classic savouries and cakes alongside a glass of American Domaine Carneros, Sparkling Brut, California NV or English Hoffman and Rathbone Classic Cuvée, Sussex, England 2013.
A selection of English sandwiches including, smoked salmon, cream cheese and lemon, cucumber and watercress crème fraiche and honey roast ham and English mustard will be available, as well as American savouries, including mini corn dog with American mustard, mini doughnut with pulled pork and smokey BBQ sauce and Maryland crab cake with chilli mayonnaise.
Take in the gorgeous surroundings of the leafy rooftop garden with sweeping views over the London skyline while savouring sweet items including, scones with clotted cream and preserves, cherry and lemon Pavlova, chocolate mousse profiterole, strawberry mousse and Champagne jelly, peanut butter and raspberry jelly financier and wedding fruit cake with Battenberg.
To end the celebration, guests will be served a slice of elderflower and lemon wedding cake (the rumoured flavour of The Royal Wedding Cake) to take home, completing a truly memorable experience.

COVENT GARDEN HOTEL:
Brasserie Max at Covent Garden Hotel will be serving a special Royal Wedding Afternoon Tea throughout May to celebrate and will also be screening The Royal Wedding on 19 May in its luxury cinema.
Sample delicious savoury items with finger sandwiches including, marinated cucumber, dill and cream cheese, smoked salmon, coronation chicken, honey roast ham and English mustard and a salt beef and gherkin bagel. Sweet treats include berry tartlet, themed opéra cake, Victoria sponge, Banoffee pie, Champagne and peach Bellini jelly with custard and scones with clotted cream and preserves.
