    As part of Ham Yard Hotel’s Live Well Series, we have invited chef and author Bettina from Bettina´s Kitchen to incorporate three delicious, imaginative recipes which are 100% plant based and gluten free.

     

    STARTERS
    Cured salmon, strawberries, endive and strawberry vinaigrette
    Slow cooked beef short rib, red wine and fontina arancini and sriracha mayonnaise

    Lamb rump, grilled Jersey Royals, leek ash sheep’s yoghurt charred leeks and mint salsa verde
    Pan fried sea bream fillet, warm tomato and olive salad
