Promotional Offers
From time to Firmdale Hotels PLC run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. A full list of the current offers can be found here at current offers, we refer to these collectively as our "Promotional Offers”. All qualifying Promotional offers will be automatically applied to your order both on-line and in-store. All of our Promotional offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:
1. They are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already
discounted unless otherwise stated;
2. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
3. They are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication on the website, they cannot be used outside of that period;
4. They are not valid on gift wrap, gift box service or gift vouchers.
5. If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund; and;
6. All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

ORDERS
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms. Calls to our Customer Service team are charged at the local rate (BT customers only, other network providers may vary). All our calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Firmdale Hotels PLC to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order for goods we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Firmdale Hotels PLC for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order for any made to order items. This does not affect your legal rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Our dispatch times depend on our third-party suppliers so delivery timescales are indicative only. We will do our very best to deliver your order within the estimated time of delivery.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for merchandise at Firmdale Hotels PLC Locations. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or used online. Gift Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. Remaining credit not used will be stored on our system and can be used at a later date (within the 12 months validation period). Partial redemption of experiences such as tea for two or stays in the hotel over a number of nights is at the Manager discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any vouchers that have been modified, damaged or defaced. Gift Vouchers are only valid with a unique serial number.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available, this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation. If the item is available to purchase on back order, we will provide a promise date for expected delivery. However, if a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges. This includes the delivery fees. You will then need to return the item by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or wrongly described products.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. PRICES
All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling or US Dollars and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero.
