  • FloatFit Yoga & HIIT with AquaPhysical 
    followed by brunch at Haymarket Hotel 

    Haymarket Hotel has once again teamed up with water based fitness experts, aquaphysical to introduce their brand new FloatFit YOGA series and bring back the FloatFit HIIT sessions to the subterranean pool for 2017. FloatFit YOGA and HIIT sessions will alternate every Saturday.

    To complete the session, afterwards guests will be treated to a Recovery Brunch at Brumus Restaurant which includes dishes such as crushed avocado on rye with grilled chorizo; freshly baked waffles, banana, strawberries; and sweetcorn chilli fritters with avocado, tomato, lime salsa and poached eggs.

    FloatFit HIIT:
    The revolutionary FloatFit HIIT workout includes burpees, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, the plank, stretching... all on water. This low impact, cross training class gives a full body workout.

    FloatFit YOGA:
    Pushing yogis to their limit, the vinyasa classes will develop strength, balance and mindfulness on the specially engineered AquaBase on water. By taking to the pool, participants have the additional challenge of balance, this forces the mind to focus and the body to strengthen. Any imbalance is instantly identified and any muscle weaknesses can then be effectively strengthened.

    Session one: 8.45am for a 9.00am start. 30 minutes
    Session two: 9.45am for a 10.00am start. 30 minutes

    £35 (plus £2.75 booking fee) including training session, mineral water and brunch. Floats and towel will be provided.

    * Please note that there are no showering facilities available.
    ** Please dress water ready (GYM LEGGINGS / SHORTS / SPORTS BRA / SPORTS TOP / SWIMWEAR) and bring a change of dry clothes for after the class.
