    As London gears up for Oktoberfest, join us on Monday 2nd October for an exciting evening of seasonal cheeses and Autumnal craft beer pairings from industry leaders Crate Brewery and Neal's Yard Dairy. From the comfort of Covent Garden Hotels’ stylish Lyric and Fortune Room, James Kellow, expert of all things cheese and beer, will guide guests through nine craft beer tastings, alongside a carefully paired cheese selection. The evening will be reception style, taking on a more relaxed format than our usual seated winemaker dinners.

    James Kellow is the resident beer curator and afionado at Crate Brewery. He is a London craft beer expert with over 10 years of experience hosting tastings and talks on all aspects of the wonderful world of craft beer. As well as heading up the popular and well regarded tours at CRATE Brewery in Hackney Wick, he hosts regular beer & cheese/meat evenings, as well as running an on-site "Beer School”. James is accredited with the Beer Academy (part of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling), the British Guild of Beer Writers and the Craft Beer Society, and a beer sommelier.
