Guest Chef Series

Charlotte Street Hotel is delighted to welcome four internationally renowned chefs to take over Oscar Bar & Restaurant’s kitchen for one night only.

To start the series, Donna Hay, Australia's bestselling cookbook author will serve a menu inspired by her latest book WeekLight.

On 26 November, one of Italy's most exciting young chefs, Giorgia Goggi from the renowned Masseria Moroseta will create a menu which captures the sun drenched flavours of Puglia's countryside and coast. In January, David Frenkiel from Green Kitchen Stories will serve a healthy vegetarian menu to kick start the new year. Finally, James Rich author of Apple has created a unique menu in celebration of the fruit in all its forms.

During these evenings, the chefs will join guests in the restaurant to introduce each course and give insight into the inspiration behind the dishes served.
