The Environmental Justice Foundation is a UK based, non-profit organisation working internationally to protect the environment and defend human rights. They believe that environmental security is a human right and for millions of people around the world, the result of a degraded environment is hunger, poverty and vulnerability. Firmdale Hotels takes part in the ‘World Oceans Day’ restaurant initiative that involves donations made to the charity by offering restaurant guests a specially designed, ethically and sustainably sourced, seafood dish for a chosen month.
