    ABOUT BARRY MELTON:
    Barry has spent his entire working life in the wine industry in the UK, culminating in the last 15 years with Pommery. We held a short interview with Barry to get a better feel for what makes Champagne Pommery so outstanding.

    What do you love most about Champagne Pommery?
    The dry, non acidic refreshing taste with a fruity well-balanced palate which is very easy to drink.

    What is the ideal food pairing for Champagne Pommery?
    I think the slow cooked pork belly with Pommery Wintertime will be absolutely ideal.
