
'the one with the lemon' smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- One lemon
- Four carrots
- 150g frozen blackberries
- One banana
- 70g frozen mango
Method
- Juice two apples, two oranges, one lemon and four carrots
- Then place into a blender with 150g frozen blackberries, one chopped banana and 70g frozen mango until smooth
- Serve chilled immediately
