    Saturday, and 22:00hrs Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Granola Bars


  • 400g of your choice of nuts (chopped but not too small)
  • 200g oats
  • 200g honey
  • 75g rapeseed oil
  • Orange Zest
  • 125g dried fruit


  1. Warm the honey, zest and oil
  2. Once warm, mix together with the nuts, oats and fruit 
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press in the mix evenly across the tray 
  4. Bake at 130 degrees centigrade for one hour, press and cool
  5. Cut when cold - the next morning is best 

You can bake this loosely on a tray, if you just want regular loose granola
