  • 250g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 125g butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 175g chocolate chips


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter, sugar, banana, eggs, chocolate chips and vanilla until combined
  3. Then add the flour and baking powder until combined
  4. Pour into muffin tray moulds or cups
  5. Top each muffin with your choice of toppings - Robin has used one teaspoon of Nutella, and sprinkled with crushed walnuts, sesame seeds and cocoa nibs
  6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour
