  • 25ml Portobello Road Gin (or a gin of your choice)
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Dolin Rouge
  • 1 orange


  1. Place all ingredients into a tumbler, add cubed ice and stir to cool
  2. Garnish with half an orange slice
  3. To make a more summery version, add all ingredients into a shaker with 25ml of fresh orange juice, shake with ice and serve over ice with an orange peel to garnish
