Ingredients
- 25ml Portobello Road Gin (or a gin of your choice)
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Dolin Rouge
- 1 orange
Method
- Place all ingredients into a tumbler, add cubed ice and stir to cool
- Garnish with half an orange slice
- To make a more summery version, add all ingredients into a shaker with 25ml of fresh orange juice, shake with ice and serve over ice with an orange peel to garnish
