Hot gin roof signature cocktails
from the ham yard bar team
The New Year usually heralds the return of Ham Yard Hotel's sell out Hot Gin Roof pop-up. As we can’t come together on the candlelit Roof Terrace right now, the Ham Yard bar team have put together their signature Hot Mulled Sloe and Hot Negroni cocktail recipes for you to enjoy at home or even put in a flask to enjoy as you take a stroll in your local park.
Hot Mulled Sloe
Serves one serve so please multiply as necessary
Ingredients
25ml Sloe gin (we used Sipsmith)
50ml Cloudy apple juice
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a pan with a cinnamon stick, star anise and any other mulling spices you have.
- Heat gently on a medium heat until the spices have mulled. Be careful not to boil the liquid.
- Discard the spices and pour carefully into a flask ready for your next winter walk.
