    We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our highly successful team here at Firmdale Hotels. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in kitchen operations and have experience working in a high pressurised and busy environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and will work well within a dynamic and fast paced operation, assisting with the order of service for breakfast lunch or dinner.

    Working as part of our kitchen team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills. This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. If progression isn’t your thing, that’s fine too, we would still be interested in finding out more about you. As a Chef de Partie, you will have complete ownership of your section, which will include supervising the small team that work alongside you. You will also need to monitor the stock within your section, whilst keeping on top of any ordering that may be required. This position would suit someone who is looking for experience in several different sections of the kitchen and wants to develop their skills within a big team.
