Join us on Monday 24th June for a summer's evening with a wine maker dinner hosted by Château Léoube at Covent Garden Hotel.
Nestled in a coastal bay in Provence, a stone's throw from St Tropez, lies the Léoube estate, one of the most beautiful protected sites in Europe and home to Château Léoube. It's all in the detail in the wine making process, traditional growing methods are based on a purely natural approach and the grapes of the award-winning rosé wines are picked by hand and low yields are maintained. The wine is made with grapes from the estate and is certified Organic. The rosés undergo at least six months on the lees, to allow complex flavours and textures to develop. The result is wines that are well balanced, fresh and full of character, while remaining true to their terrior.
Enjoy three-course dinner with expertly chosen rosé wine pairings from Château Léoube selected by Jerome Pernot.
£60 per person, including canapés and three-course dinner with wine pairings.
Guests are invited to arrive for drinks and canapes at 7pm before dinner at 7.30pm.
