Join us in our Orangery at The Whitby Hotel and let your senses take you to Napa Valley. Experience a five-course tasting menu, expertly paired with wines from the Family of Silver Oak.
The tasting will be hosted by Christiane Schleussner, who has been the Silver Oak Alexander Valley Winemaker since 2003. Christiane oversees all winemaking and cellar activities at the LEED Platinum certified facility in Healdsburg.
