Winemaker Dinner With Silver Oak

The Whitby Hotel will host its next Winemaker Dinner in partnership with Silver Oak, a California winery renowned for producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon in the Napa Valley and Alexander Valley.
Family-owned for nearly 50 years, Silver Oak was founded in 1972 by Ray Duncan and Justin Meyer. It is currently operated by Ray’s sons, David and Tim. Silver Oak exclusively produces Cabernets aged exclusively in American oak, and farms more than 400 acres of vines, with a commitment to innovative and sustainable viticulture practices. All of its estate vineyards are certified under the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA).
The evening will begin with a welcome drink and canapes and continue with a three-course seasonal dinner paired with Silver Oak Cabernets. Winemaker Nate Weis will host the evening, guiding you through the tasting notes of each wine. Guests will have the opportunity to try Silver Oak Cabernets from both the Napa Valley and Alexander Valley.
$225 per person, including canapés and three-course dinner with Silver Oak wine pairings. (Including tax and gratuity)
