Valentine's Day In Brasserie Max
Spoil the one you love this Valentine's Day with an indulgent three-course dinner at Brasserie Max to mark the occasion.
Commence the evening with a chilled glass of Bollinger Brut Rosé NV accompanied by our chef's selection of canapés. Savour seasonal dishes including beef carpaccio with shaved Manchego, chili, pomegranate and rocket to start, followed by corn fed chicken with pancetta, spring greens, wild mushrooms and red wine jus.
End with a selection of indulgent desserts such as champagne, strawberry and white chocolate mousse, or warm raspberry and dark chocolate sponge with Disaronno custard, all followed by tea, coffee and petit fours.
