To celebrate the arrival of the Game Season, Ham Yard Bar & Restaurant have created a series of special dishes to highlight the best of British game.

This autumn, discover a series of changing dishes including whole roast grouse with pate crouton, game chips, watercress, bread sauce, roast gravy and rosehip jelly or pheasant and woodland mushroom pie with celeriac purée, Brussels sprouts and chestnuts. Each dish is served with a recommended organic, biodynamic or natural wine pairing to complement these warming dishes.
