Burns Night at Firmdale Hotels

Celebrate the life and work of Scottish poet Robert Burns at our restaurants across London on Tuesday 25th January. Experience a taste of the highlands with a three course menu inspired by the flavours of Scotland.
Begin your evening with a seasonal ‘Cullen Skink’ made with smoked haddock, potatoes and leeks before a traditional or vegetarian ‘Haggis, Neeps and Tatties’ served with a warming dram of whisky. For dessert, enjoy a delicious ‘Poached Rhubarb Cranachan’ with layers of rhubarb, yoghurt, oats and honey.
Guests are welcome to continue their whisky voyage with a bespoke Scottish themed cocktail that is individual to each restaurant.
