    Spoil the one you love this Valentine's Day with an indulgent three-course dinner at Brumus Bar & Restaurant to mark the occasion.

    Commence the evening listening to the sounds of live jazz with a chilled glass of Bollinger Brut Rosé NV accompanied by an amuse-bouche, before enjoying braised pork cheek on a scallop with onion squash and salsify to start, wild sea bass with gnocchi, prawns and mussel velouté followed by a chocolate, peanut and salted caramel delice.
