Brumus New Year's Eve Menu
Ring in the New Year in style with a delicious three-course dinner and live music in Brumus Bar & Restaurant at Haymarket Hotel.
Start the evening with a glass of Pierre Mignon Champagne and parmesan Gougères. After a welcome drink, tuck into an indulgent menu with delicious dishes including lobster Thermidor tart with chive dressing followed by venison Wellington with braised red cabbage and a Black Forest Baked Alaska for dessert.
After a sumptuous dinner, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Brumus Bar with a cocktail in hand as you enjoy live music from soulful singer guitarist Stephanie Oliver, who will play you into the New Year as she covers contemporary and classic RnB, Pop and Soul.
